A powerful advocate for the Not for Profit sector, Costello has been the head of one of Australia’s largest foreign aid organisation for more than a decade. Lending his voice to countless causes, he has an ability to get his sector, the media and the broader community to pay attention when he talks.

 

In 2015 he took a lead position on what proved to be one of the biggest issues of the year, the call for charities to merge. In 2014 he was voted the most influential person in the Not for Profit sector in the inaugural Impact 25.
