Renkin is the head of a unique organisation, one that aims, within 10 years, to transform the life pathways of the current generation of children, young people and their families in 20 Australian communities where social, cultural and economic marginalisation is extreme. She has over 20 years experience providing strategic advice and driving change management initiatives in the Not for Profit, philanthropic, government and corporate sectors.
A leader in the collective impact field, Renkin joined the first venture philanthropy organisation in Australia, Social Ventures Australia, as founding Director of their Melbourne office and for the next nine years worked alongside innovative Not for Profit leaders and social entrepreneurs seeking to scale the impact of their organisations.
