For the past 15 years Johnson has run O’Keefe and Partners, the organisation responsible for the birth of Giving Trends, a research initiative that continues to provide benchmark data and industry insights to professionals in the field.

 

The team she leads works to deliver services that are focussed on building capacity and fulfilling business objectives within the philanthropic and Not for Profit space. Despite her busy schedule, Johnson’s passion for good has seen her continue to volunteer in the community.
