Originally from Plymouth, England, Dawn came to Melbourne in 2000. Dawn's background is in law (land registration and practices) and human resources and she has since been committed to serving her community as a part-time pastor, Girl Guides leader, foster care parent, involved with the Big Brother/Big Sister program and CEO of Korus Connect. Dawn’s passion for equipping, empowering and releasing others transcends sectors and generations.

 

Dawn focuses on building authentic relationships to bring about collaboration between businesses, churches, government and community groups which can pave the way to a thriving, sustainable society (and is often sought out for her insights on not-for-profit sustainability). To Dawn, sustainable change is a cross-generational undertaking, underpinned by this belief: that everyone is equal and has within them great purpose and potential.
