David Sivyer

David has undertaken so much in the last 8 years all by having a penchant for community, respecting the gift of food and persevering like crazy. David runs an organisation that converts food waste into food on urban farms in NSW. To date, the team has converted 2 million litres of food waste into nutrient rich compost, grown 40 tonnes of food, educated five local schools, been the catalyst for three new local urban farms and got the younger generations inspired about circular urban agriculture - all on less than one acre.
