Dr Clinton Schultz is a pioneer in every sense of the word. A proud Gamilaroi man, he’s combined his knowledge of First Nations culture and native food with his PhD and practice in psychology, as well as his training as a home brewer and chef, to create a range of native-foods-infused non-alcoholic craft beers. He has launched and grown Australia’s first First Nations owned and led non-alcoholic beer company as a purpose led and ethical business. The company champions Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, health and well-being and is starting a conversation about socialising sober.
