Elfa Moraitakis

Elfa exemplifies leadership in a very dynamic and complex part of our sector. She is a change agent and her commitment and networks are vast. Elfa has been a prominent champion for Western Sydney during the COVID lockdown crisis. In addition to leading SydWest and the delivery of services to communities, she has advocated powerfully for community leaders and multicultural organisations to have a regular seat at the decision making table. She advocates for leveraging from their expert knowledge of multicultural communities and deep community connections to address the needs of Western Sydney. She is an advocate that applies vision well to create the changes needed.
